Global Digital Revenue Growth Opportunity
We're seeking a seasoned commercial leader to own and scale global direct-to-consumer (D2C) revenue in the millions.
You'll be responsible for managing the full digital ecosystem, building paid campaigns, driving conversion rate optimization (CRO), and developing retention programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning and scaling D2C revenue with accountability for growth, profitability, and customer retention.
* Managing and optimizing the entire digital stack: e-commerce platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics software, social media, and CRM systems.
* Developing and executing full-funnel paid campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
* Driving CRO, experimentation, automation, and data-led optimization across the entire digital ecosystem.
* Creating retention, email, and CRM programs that increase customer lifetime value and repeat purchases.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Head of E-commerce, E-commerce Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, or Digital Marketing Lead.
* Proven track record of owning and growing multi-million-dollar D2C revenue for a global consumer brand.
* Understanding of both B2C and B2B dynamics and ability to connect them through digital systems.
* Experience driving end-to-end growth across paid, owned, and earned channels.
