">About the Role
This role reports to the Superintendent - People & Culture and collaborates with Ernest Henry leaders to address worker needs, advance short-term strategies, and promote a productive workplace. Key responsibilities include:
 * Supporting leaders in addressing workforce needs, implementing P&C practices, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
 * Providing expert guidance on policy interpretation, processes, and best practices, while coaching frontline leaders.
 * Developing tailored P&C initiatives for EHO, ensuring alignment with industry trends and strategic goals.
 * Navigating Industrial Relations matters, including policy interpretation, enterprise agreements, and employee relations activities.
About You
The ideal applicant is a people-oriented professional who excels at building strong relationships and collaborating across all levels of an organization. They will bring previous experience in an HR Business Partnering or Advising capacity within heavy industry, along with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial/Employee Relations. They must have a solid understanding of enterprise agreements and how they are applied, as well as strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards.
