What you'll be doing
In this key frontline role, you will provide high-quality reception and administrative services that support patient flow, clinical operations and financial processes. You will:
* Manage patient reception, enquiries, appointments and telephony
* Deliver accurate administrative support including data entry and medical typing
* Coordinate revenue processes such as invoicing, banking and cash handling
* Maintain confidential records in line with NSW Health policies and privacy requirements
* Support clinics and imaging services through effective coordination and teamwork
