Randstad Hobart is seeking experienced Plant operators and Truck drivers to join our team
This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic team working within the civil construction industry across multiple sites in Southern Tasmania!
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
* Excavator operators
* Front-End Loader operators
* HC, HR, or MR Licence
* Water cart experience
* White Card (Work Safely in the Construction Industry)
* Strong work ethic
* Commitment to site safety responsibilities
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Clean driving and operator history
What You Need to Succeed in Non-Trade Roles:
* Relevant tickets and qualifications
* White Card
* Proven experience in commercial/civil construction
* Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation
* A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
* Strong commitment to safety protocols
