Our client offers a 2-year Graduate Program for passionate University Graduates looking to commence their career in the industry.
The Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. Gain hands-on experience on landmark construction projects, commercial electrical installations and receive mentoring from industry professionals both on-site and in office-based environments.
What You’ll Experience:
* 6 months in Engineering
* 6 months in Estimating
* 12 months Project based – gain on site experience in QA, RFIs, variations, commissioning, design verification, and more!
What You’ll Learn:
* Project management fundamentals
* Estimating cost planning
* Contractor-based budgeting
* Understanding of electrical
* Procurement and subcontractor management
* Budget control and commercial acumen

The Candidate:
The ideal candidates will bring exceptional communication skills, initiative and drive to learn. They will also have:

* Previous work or placement experience within the Electrical or Construction sectors

* Must be a permanent resident
