We are looking for a highly skilled professional to support the delivery of high-quality cost management services across major North Queensland projects.
The Opportunity
* Cost Planning and Estimation: Prepare and manage cost plans and project estimates across construction stages.
* Tender Analysis and Feasibility: Conduct tender analysis and feasibility studies.
* Post-Contract Duties: Manage progress claims, down-draw reports, site inspections, and cost advice.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
About You
* Degree or higher qualification in quantity surveying or a related field.
* Membership or eligibility with AIQS, RICS, CQS, or equivalent.
* Australian industry experience.
* Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident).
