Your Responsibilities As the Senior Project Officer (Identified), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supporting the establishment of shared decision-making boards and the development of a shared decision-making process between the school and the community Ability to develop and maintain relationships with First Nations people and communities to support engagement of community Support development of resources, training and mentoring support for school/regional staff to enhance cultural capability and understanding of shared decision-making boards. Experience in project support and/or project leadership within a First Nations context. Clear and regular reporting to senior officers and other staff within the division on project progress or other agreed key performance indicators to assist in monitoring and decision making. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
