About the Role
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams. They will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and implement engaging programs for children, including STEM activities, sports, cooking, and arts and crafts.
* Maintain open communication channels with families, schools, and the wider community.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and improve service quality.
* Manage day-to-day tasks, prioritize projects, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
* Monitor and report on program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
1. Possess excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
2. Hold (or be willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check.
3. Have Australian work rights.
4. Obtain or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA.
