About the role
You'll speak with warm leads, run structured strategy sessions, and guide clients through our proven investment process — supported by an acquisitions team that secures the right stock for your buyers.
Your Responsibilities
* Calling warm leads to qualify and book initial meetings.
* Conducting in‑person, Zoom or Teams‑based strategy sessions.
* Moving clients through a structured and proven sales process.
* Presenting tailored investment solutions.
* Managing your pipeline via our CRM (GoHighLevel).
* Working closely with our acquisitions team to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
What we're looking for
Mandatory
* Excellent communicator with strong consultative selling skills.
* Hunger, drive and a passion for hitting KPIs.
* Strong relationship‑building ability.
* Self‑driven, organised and passionate about property.
* 2–3 years' experience in the property industry .
Preferred
* REIWA Sales Registration (Highly favourable).
* PIPA Qualified Property Investment Advisor.
