About Us
InTouch Projects is a fast-growing insurance repair and storm damage company based on the Sunshine Coast. We've scaled significantly over the past couple of years and we're not slowing down. Our Corbould Park team is expanding, and we're looking for five to six motivated administrators to join us across our Company Intake.
We're not after a particular background — we're after the right people.
The Role
You'll be working as part of our Front-of-House team, supporting the end-to-end administration of insurance repair jobs. That means real variety — customer contact, booking coordination, inbox management, job documentation, report organisation, and submissions support.
What your day actually looks like:
* Taking and managing incoming calls and customer communication
* Processing new insurance job requests and creating jobs in our system
* Booking appointments and coordinating estimator and specialist attendance
* Managing inbox tasks and keeping job records, notes, and milestones accurate
* Organising make safes and specialist reports
* Following up on pending work and supporting the wider team through busy periods
* Escalating anything that needs to go upward — we have clear processes for that
What We're Looking For
We're hiring across two levels, so whether you're just starting out in admin or you've been doing this kind of work for a few years, there may be a role for you here.
CS1 – Entry Level
* No formal qualifications required — we'll train the right person
* Customer service or administrative experience is a bonus, not a must
* You need to be reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely willing to learn
* Comfortable following structured processes and asking questions when you're not sure
CS2 – Experienced Level
* Demonstrated admin or customer service background, ideally in insurance, construction, or claims
* Able to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong system skills and attention to documentation accuracy
* Professional judgement and the ability to handle competing priorities
Across both levels, we're looking for people who are:
* Organised and consistent — not just on a good day
* Clear communicators, in writing and on the phone
* Team players who take ownership of their own work
* Positive under pressure and willing to contribute to a growing team culture
What We Offer
* $55,000 – $65,000 per annum + super (level dependent)
* Clear career pathway — CS1 through to senior levels, all internal
* Full training provided
* Brand new fit-out at our Corbould Park head office
* Alternating shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
* A team that's growing fast and investing in the people who help make that happen
A Few Practicalities
* Office-based role — Corbould Park, QLD
* Full-time only
* Australian work rights required
