Our Community and Aboriginal Partnerships Division helps to build community safety and wellbeing by providing support and services to children, young people and families, including those involved with the youth justice system, remote Aboriginal communities, and people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The division also leads the department's Closing the Gap work.
Role Details
The Business Services Coordinator is a role within Youth Justice and Inclusion Support and is accountable to the Manager, Business Services, for:
* delivering a high-level administrative support service to Youth Justice staff to contribute to the efficient operations of the directorate and to ensure compliance with departmental procedures
* contributing towards a vast range of projects to develop, improve, implement, maintain and monitor effective administration processes and procedures across Youth Justice
* liaising with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain productive working relationships
* providing high quality, confidential administrative support to Youth Justice leadership and management through a proactive approach and effectively managing requests and requirements.
Experience with UK Dimensions, Chris21, Basware, EMS and other public sector administrative systems and processes such as Objective, organising and arranging Travel, Fleet management and the monitoring of petty cash is highly regarded. Proficiency in the microsoft office suite particularly excel is essential.

Must hold a current Australian issued driver's licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
Role Status: Term up to twelve (12) months
Salary Range: $76,561 - $80,256 (ASO4)
