You will work within the mission in action of our organization, reporting to the business operations manager. Your key responsibilities will include leading, supporting, and developing a high-performing team of business support officers, monitoring and managing team performance to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

* Oversee recruitment needs, onboarding, and leave planning to ensure adequate team coverage.

To be successful in this role, you will require experience in coordinating or supporting teams in aged care, home care, or similar care industries. You will also need effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
