Essential Criteria:Demonstrated advanced coding skills across multiple programming languages.Strong capability in database management, including working with large scale administrative datasets, data extraction, transformation and integration, and ensuring data quality, integrity and performance.Proven experience designing, building and maintaining high quality, robust administrative data pipelines to support analysis across complex policy or service delivery domains.Demonstrated experience applying advanced econometric and statistical methods, including causal inference techniques, to support evaluation and impact analysis in policy or service delivery settings.
