We're seeking a professional to provide consultancy services through the Psychometric Assessment Service and/or the Wellbeing Check Program. Our service delivers evidence-based psychometric testing in recruitment and deployment of personnel, as well as proactive wellbeing checks that mitigate psychosocial stress in high-risk roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply clinical and organisational psychology knowledge and experience to deliver the Wellbeing check & Assessment service according to best practice requirements.
* Conduct and manage Wellbeing check and Assessment processes as per requirements.
* Administer Wellbeing check and Assessment processes while complying with established Wellbeing check and Assessment best practice principles respectively.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders within company guidelines.
* Understand customer requirements of the Wellbeing check and Assessment processes and apply the correct clinical support models to support the requirements.
About You
* You should have qualifications in Psychology and be registered with the relevant health professional body.
* A minimum five (5) years post-registration experience is required.
* Candidates from organisational psychology or HR consulting backgrounds are preferred.
* You must be able to analyse data using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
* A strong background in organisational consultancy is essential.
* Computer skills are an asset.
