What You’ll Do Design and lead the delivery of cloud‑native applications across AWS Build high‑quality software using .NET, modern JavaScript frameworks, and SQL Architect scalable, maintainable services using IaC (AWS CDK) and best‑practice cloud patterns Drive modernisation initiatives using approaches like strangler patterns and incremental refactor Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions Maintain strong observability and performance standards using Datadog or similar tools Embed security‑first thinking into design, code, and delivery Use AI development tools (Claude Code, CodeRabbit, Copilot) to boost productivity and code quality Lead engineering decisions, support developers, and shape long‑term technical direction What You’ll Bring Strong background in full stack software engineering across AWS, .NET, and modern front-end frameworks Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud‑native design, AWS CDK and infrastructure-as-code Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, production-grade systems Experience with GitHub Actions, multi‑region releases, and observability tooling Familiarity with modernisation patterns and engineering best practices Ability to coach and lead developers while remaining technically hands‑on Comfort working in a structured Agile environment Active use of AI-enabled development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality This is an exclusive, confidential search.
