Service Support Specialist
This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction, equipment uptime, and compliance. You will deliver high-quality service support to customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, qualify, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair lab-scale and bioprocessing equipment.
* Support digital and automation solutions.
* Maintain accurate service documentation.
* Collaborate with teammates and technical experts.
* Participate in revenue-generating activities.
* Travel across ANZ to support customers in research and GMP manufacturing environments.
Requirements:
* Over 4 years of field service experience or early-career biomedical engineer/automation engineer/mechatronics engineer/electrical engineer/technician/computer science graduate.
* Strong hands-on technical skills with proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
* Proficient with computer systems and networking.
* Keen attention to detail and interest in working within GMP-regulated environments.
* Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice to Have:
* Experience working in GMP environments or supporting customers in regulated industries.
* Hands-on experience with Cytiva equipment or similar bioprocessing technologies.
