What You'll Be Doing
The Women's Health Nurse Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 functions in the role of expert clinician, educator, consultant, mentor, and clinical care supervisor. Responsible for:
* Facilitating and delivering effective and efficient women's health clinical services to the population most at risk of poor health outcomes
* Developing and providing women's health education, community development and health promotion programs
* Weekly Family Planning Clinics with our VMO
About You
Do you have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification and demonstrated understanding of the issues affecting marginalised women and their risk of poor health outcomes including understanding of dynamics and effects of domestic & family violence and sexual assault on women, their children and families in mainstream and Aboriginal communities.
