職位: 珠寶銷售副經理 / 珠寶銷售經理 (Assistant Jewellery Sales Manager / Jewellery Sales Manager)
職責 / Responsibilities
* 負責管理部門日常運作,協助管理部門營運、貨品流量及提升員工積效。(Assist to manage the operation of the Department, responsible for managing the operation, flow of goods and improving efficiency of employees)
* 建立良好顧客關係,提升顧客滿意度並妥善處理投訴個案。(Build up strong customer relationship, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution)
* 推行有效營銷宣傳活動以增加店舖銷售,推動有效商品陳列及促銷活動。(Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity)
* 為員工提供工作績效的反饋與建議,協助指導及激勵銷售團隊完成銷售目標。(Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations, good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target)
* 負責準備銷售和零售相關報告。(Prepare sales and retail-related reports)
资格 / Qualifications
* 学历要求: 高中。
* 具有至少8年珠宝零售行业相关经验,其中至少4年珠宝管理经验。(With at least 8 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 4 years in jewellery or management)
* 具良好銷售及顧客溝通技巧,能够与客户进行有效沟通。
* 能操流利国语、粤语及英文并具中英书写能力。(Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin)
* 具有良好商业思维、逻辑思考及分析能力。
* 具良好领导才能及责任感,能指导和激励销售团队完成销售目标。(Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales target)
* 能工作轮班,包括周六日。(Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster)
* 熟悉 POS 系统及Microsoft 应用。(Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices)

* 具更多本行经验及管理经验者或可聘请为珠宝销售经理。(Candidates with more solid & relevant working experience and management in jewellery retail industry will be considered for the post of Jewellery Sales Manager)
