Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily banquet and event operations to ensure smooth, high quality service. Lead, train, and support the banquet team to deliver consistent service standards.
* Manage event setup and pack down according to client requirements and event orders.
* Monitor guest satisfaction and address service issues promptly.
* Coordinate closely with clients, chefs, and event coordinators for seamless execution.
* Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Conduct pre event briefings and post event reviews.
* Manage inventory, equipment, and cost controls, including rosters and payroll.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for banquet staff.
* Ensure accurate daily postings and complete detailed post event reports.
* Assist other F&B outlets when required.
