About the role
* 20–25 per week to start, more for the right fit
* Early morning starts — you'll be finished by mid-afternoon most days
* Weekend availability required
* Hands-on mix of barista, front-of-house, and basic food prep (grab-and-go style items)

* Fast, efficient and adaptable — you keep your cool during the morning rush and can switch seamlessly between tasks
* Great with people — our café has a loyal community of regulars, and building relationships is just as important as making the coffee
* Reliable, positive and flexible — a team player who can also hold the fort during staff breaks or when it's busy
* Confident behind the machine and able to prepare quality coffee consistently
* Comfortable with basic food preparation (sandwiches, toasties, cabinet items)
