Due to exceptional growth, our client is now looking for an **HR Manager** to join their team in South Perth.
Our client is a Western Australian-owned and operated organisation that supports the elderly and those living with a disability. Newly established in 2019, they have since grown from a small team with a single client to having over 200 support workers and 25 administration staff located in Perth and Melbourne.
Their organisation is comprised of four entities operating across child protection and NDIS services as well as crowd and security control with their two main Perth-based entities being NDIS and child protection services.
**About the opportunity**
The HR Manager will work cohesively with the two Directors to achieve organisational goals. You will have 2 HR Administrators supporting you with your day-to-day tasks.
Your mission will be to provide guidance and support to the NDIS entity of the organisation. You will be involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new support workers to ensure the growing needs of their clients are met. Once established in the role, it is envisaged that you will provide best practice guidance and be committed to continuous improvement whilst championing an empathetic and positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will organise and participate in regular team-building exercises from escape rooms and lunches to gala events.
This role presents growth and development as the organisation expands with the opportunity to become Group HR Manager across the four entities. A competitive remuneration package is on offer.
