The Job
You will be responsible for :
* Managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company in order to provide employees with workspaces that foster a strong culture while optimising costs.
* All aspects of lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
* Establishing strong best practies and SOPs and overseeing all aspects of facilities management.
* Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
* Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
* Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
* Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
* Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
* Escalating customer feedback as required.
The Profile
* You have at least 1 year experience within a Corporate Real Estate / Facilities Management or Customer Service role, ideally within the Other Services and Real Estate industry.
* You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
* You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
* You are a strong networker & relationship builder
* You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
* You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
* You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
