The Tennant Creek High School is a small, remote and complex Public School in the Barkly Region catering to students from years 7 to 12 and providing them with a comprehensive education process tailored to assist them achieve their personal goals. The schools' offerings include pathways to direct employment, School Based Apprenticeship programs, and further education through Vocational Education Training programs or University systems.

As the
Business Manager
, you provide strategic and operational leadership, advice and management support in the areas of finance, procurement, administration, infrastructure, and human resource management for non-teaching staff.
In this dynamic role, your responsibilities include developing and implementing corporate and business support services, maintaining the grants management system and implementing an ongoing program of continuous improvement.
To be successful, you require demonstrated experience in the management of a service delivery team with the ability to analyse and provide advice on business support activities. Your high level oral and written communication and interpersonal skills will ensure your success. A strong understanding of the complexities of cultures and context present in a rural environment is essential.
