As our Office Administrator, you will become an essential part of our day‑to‑day operations, supporting both our team and our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Duties
* General office administration
* Managing all incoming and outgoing mail
* Answering phone calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner and directing enquiries efficiently and accurately
* Preparing letters and collating documents
* Liaising with clients, internal staff, external stakeholders, and occasionally the ATO
* ASIC compliance and administration
* Accounts receivable and payable
* Processing purchases and invoicing

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
