We are partnering with a leading Queensland Government client to recruit experienced Principal Project Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and management of one or more cyber security initiatives, specifically around either the Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) in line with project management methodologies within the agreed timeframes, budget, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure projects are managed in accordance with the best practice guidelines and Queensland Health's formal project management (PM) approach to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved.

* Provide advice and strategic input to project deliverables, to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with Queensland Health strategies and architecture.
* Guide, lead and mentor team members and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project life cycle.
* Manage projects by monitoring and reporting on project related trends and performance against project plans and budgets.
* Enable informed decision making on project issues by developing timely and relevant written submissions, briefs, presentations and information papers for project stakeholders.
What we're looking for?
* Proven success managing complex, large-scale cyber projects. Experience with Endpoint Protection Platforms and a broad understanding of cybersecurity domains is essential (SFIA PRMG Level 6).
* Demonstrated experience in the implementation, integration, and migration of MFA solutions (RSA SecurID and Microsoft Entra ID).
* Deep understanding of mandatory security requirements, specifically the Information and Cyber Security policy (IS18).
* High-level relationship management skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and support effective business change (SFIA RLMT Level 6).
* Advanced application of PRINCE2 or similar formal PM methodologies (SFIA METL Level 5).
* An understanding of hospital and healthcare settings and how identity controls support clinical service delivery.
