As our Finance Manager, Commercial and Operations Projects, you'll also:
* Lead finance and commercial improvement projects to enhance controls, processes, and operational efficiency.
* Analyse financial and system data to identify trends, issues and opportunities, driving system enhancements within the ERP.
* Coordinate project delivery, business analysis and costing insights, working with the finance and commercial operations executives to support in reporting.
* Support procurement strategy, costing framework development and team capability uplift through training on new processes.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong finance, analysis and process improvement skills
* Proven project leadership across systems and controls
* Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
* Advanced ERP and modelling capability (TechOne a plus).
