In this role you will have:
* Statewide leadership of Corridor & Traffic Programs, shaping how asset strategies, risk and funding are translated into prioritised, integrated programs across NSW
* Stewardship of safety, resilience and whole‐of‐life performanceacross a diverse corridor and traffic asset portfolio, including drainage, slopes, roadside assets, signs, lines, traffic devices and ITS
* Accountability for program integration and consistency, working within the program prioritisation & integration model to ensure corridor and traffic programs are clearly defined, prioritised and ready for delivery through established delivery partners
Reporting to the Director, Program Prioritisation and Integration, the Senior Manager, Corridor & Traffic Programs is responsible for the statewide stewardship and integration of corridor and traffic maintenance programs across NSW.
This role leads the strategic planning, selection, prioritisation and integration of corridor and traffic initiatives to form a coherent forward program within the statewide pipeline, ensuring asset and operational risks are effectively managed over the medium term and aligned to asset management, safety and resilience strategies.
You will:
* Lead the development of statewide, risk‐based corridor and traffic maintenance programs
* Translate long‐term asset, safety and operational strategies into prioritised, integrated forward programs
* Own the program briefs, prioritisation logic and pipeline inputs for corridor and traffic assets
* Partner closely with Program Integration & Pipeline to ensure visibility, sequencing and readiness
* Work with internal teams and program delivery partners to support effective handover and delivery enablement
* Embed safety, climate risk, resilience and asset acceptance requirements early in program design

About You
You are a senior infrastructure leader with deep experience across corridor, traffic and network‐related assets, who understands how to lead through program stewardship and influence in complex, multi‐party environments.
You bring strong asset management discipline, risk‐based thinking and the ability to integrate strategy, data and delivery considerations into clear, actionable programs. You are comfortable shaping outcomes without direct delivery control and working across organisational boundaries to improve consistency and decision‐making.
This role will suit a proven senior leader motivated by system‐level impact and long‐term public value, with the credibility to strengthen corridor and traffic asset management, program integration and decision clarity at scale for the people of NSW.
