Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service technicians' work assignments, supervising and managing technician performance, communicating with customers, and collaborating with other departments.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in computer skills and dealership systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and schedule service technicians' work assignments based on skills and knowledge.
* Supervise and manage technician performance, training, and development.
* Communicate with customers regarding quotes, job status, and scheduling.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred).
* Strong customer service and communication skills (oral and written).
* Proficient computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems (CDK).
* Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Technical knowledge of John Deere / Vermeer products (preferred).
