Job Description
As the Branch Manager, you'll take the driver's seat in a fast‐paced operation, steering your team toward success.
You'll have full control of the dashboard across Brisbane Airport – driving sales, profitability, fleet performance and customer experience – while fuelling site growth through upselling, smart fleet utilisation and cost control. Deliver a premium SIXT ride every time and enjoy perks like a company car, leadership development and a generous incentive programme.
Your Role

* Achieve branch sales targets, KPIs and profitability
* Drive upsell performance and maximise fleet utilisation
* Analyse performance trends and implement action plans
* Coach, mentor and motivate a high‐performing team
* Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
* Ensure premium customer service and resolve escalations quickly
* Manage branch P&L and control costs
* Optimise rostering to match demand and sales opportunities
* Maintain fleet presentation and minimise downtime
* Ensure compliance with safety, operational and company standards
Your Skills
You're a natural leader who thrives in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment. You'll bring:
* Sales Talent: Motivated, results‐driven and confident in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Industry Experience: Experience in sales‐led retail, operational management or customer service. Car‐rental industry experience is desirable but not essential.
* Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership and coaching skills, clear communication and exceptional relationship‐building abilities.
* Commercial & Analytical Skills: A commercial mindset with P&L responsibility, confidence analysing KPIs and financial data and solid reporting capability.
* Organisation & Adaptability: Highly organised with a proactive, growth‐focused attitude and ability to work autonomously in a fast‐paced environment.
All successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check, hold a current full driver's licence and have full Australian working rights.
