In this role, you provide clinical leadership, support multidisciplinary care, and contribute to teaching, research and quality improvement across the service. • Assess and manage trauma patients with accuracy and timeliness • Support the Trauma Team Leader and patient journey through hospital • Teach medical students, junior doctors and allied health staff • Participate in audits, research and continuous medical education • Collaborate with internal teams and external health providers About You You are a skilled and confident trauma doctor ready to lead patient care and teach in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. • Hold MBBS or equivalent and be registrable with Medical Board • Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Apply strong clinical skills and sound professional judgement • Supervise and teach junior medical and allied health staff • Communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter We know that a great career is about more than just the work you do, it’s also about the support you receive.
