What You'll Be Doing
* Managing all administrative responsibilities to support a high-performing agent
* Coordinating the end-to-end sales process, including liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
* Preparing marketing campaigns and managing property listings
* Diary management and scheduling appointments
* Attending out-of-office appointments such as photoshoots, building & pest inspections, and pre-settlement inspections
* Overseeing property preparation and presentation for market
* Assisting with open homes and auction preparation
* Managing the exchange through to settlement process, including invoicing
* Supporting prospecting and buyer engagement activities
About You
* Previous real estate experience is essential
* Holds a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Impeccable presentation and communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Driven, proactive, and eager to grow within a high-performance team
* Comfortable working Tuesday to Saturday (with a weekday RDO)
