Job Title: Theatre Operations Coordinator
This role is responsible for ensuring seamless theatre operations by coordinating clinical shifts, managing staff schedules and leave.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating theatre and day surgery unit rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Managing annual leave, sickness absence and special leave requests in accordance with trust policies.
* Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels within the trust.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background including GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office environment with excellent MS Excel skills.
They should be able to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
