A Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner is sought to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled practitioner to deliver person-centred, evidence-based support that makes a real impact in the lives of NDIS participants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and developing strong, collaborative relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
* Conduct comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying needs.
* Design and implement behaviour support plans that promote positive change.
The ideal candidate will have experience in community, private or acute settings and hold a relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences).
