Warehouse Operations Specialist
Job Description:
As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehousing operations to ensure the timely delivery of supplies to farmers and clients. You will be responsible for receiving and unpacking deliveries, staging stock, loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, organizing the warehouse and racking areas, participating in seed mixing during seasonal peaks, supporting Saturday shifts on rotation, and maintaining accurate paperwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and a team-first attitude. You will also require:
* A valid Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
* Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one)
* Confidence in lifting and moving 25kg loads repeatedly
* Strong communication and basic literacy skills
* Adaptability, initiative, and reliability in a busy environment
* Willingness to work rotating Saturdays and occasional overtime
