Position Title:
Business Development Specialist (Australia & New Zealand)

Adelaide, Australia
Reports to:
Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support sales and business development initiatives for NordiTube products across Australia and New Zealand.
2. Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients in municipal, water, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
3. Help identify and follow up on new project opportunities, including technical promotion, proposal preparation, tender support, and contract negotiation coordination.
4. Collaborate with internal technical design teams to align client requirements with technical solutions.
5. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, assisting in market analysis and reporting.
6. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility.
7. Coordinate with the Finance team to track customer payments and support healthy cash flow.
8. Work closely with project execution and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Municipal Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, project coordination, or business development within the infrastructure sector; experience in pipe or pipeline rehabilitation technologies is a plus.
3. Strong technical aptitude and ability to engage in technical discussions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
5. Willingness to travel domestically and regionally as required.
6. Australian driver's license preferred.
7. Must hold a valid Australian work visa or permanent residency.
