We are seeking an experienced academic leader to join our School of Nursing as a Senior Lecturer. This is a key role in shaping the future of nursing education and research.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver high-quality, student-centred teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
* Provide leadership in curriculum development, program coordination, and scholarly teaching practice.
* Conduct impactful research aligned with UniSQ's strategic priorities, including securing external funding and supervising HDR students.
* Foster collaboration across disciplines and with industry partners.
* Mentor and support academic colleagues in learning, teaching and research approaches.
Requirements
* A doctoral qualification in a discipline relevant to Nursing.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* A record of teaching excellence and scholarly achievement.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering engaged and reflective approaches to teaching.
* Proven leadership in research, including publications and external funding.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to mentoring and collaboration.
