Job Title: Hospitality Worker
We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our hospitality team.
This is a vital role where you will play a key part in ensuring the comfort and happiness of our residents.
* Responsibilities:
* Provide responsive, flexible, prompt, and courteous service to all residents
* Complete cleaning duties such as mopping, laundry, dusting, and polishing
* Assist with meal preparation, serving, and clean-up
* Deliver excellent customer service to our residents
* Work collaboratively within the team to ensure high standards
* Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
* A strong background in hospitality or similar field
* Certificate in Hospitality or related field highly regarded
* A resident-focused mindset with the ability to go above and beyond
* Understanding of food safety procedures
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
* Availability to work varying shifts including early morning, lunchtime, afternoon, and evening
* Valid National Police check, flu vaccination, and COVID-19 vaccination
