Your new role
You will be providing high quality customer service and administration support, undertaking a range of duties such as:
- Managing high volume customer queries via inbound phone calls
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, resolving issues and providing timely updates on backorders.
- Supporting the sales process by preparing customer quotes and assisting with pricing and approvals.
- Maintaining accurate customer and material data, including account details, delivery information, and product records.
- Overseeing warranty and claims processes, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to internal administration through team meetings, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Upholding Workplace Health, Safety & Environment standards in all activities.
What you'll need to succeed
Your customer service officer experience will be highly beneficial, as well as:
