Role Description We are seeking a part-time Production Coordinator to join our team on-site in North Shore, NSW. In this role, you will assist in the coordination and delivery of marketing production projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing production schedules, liaising with vendors, quality control checks, and ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Qualifications Project coordination and time management skills to manage timelines and multiple tasks effectivelyStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain quality standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team membersProficient in using office and project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project tracking software)Prior experience in marketing production, print, signage, or retail display industries is highly desirableAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challengesA relevant qualification in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus
