Job Overview
This is a part-time position for 17 hours/week in a dynamic retail environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Create meaningful customer connections by setting a positive example.
* Support the development of team members to achieve business objectives and performance indicators.
* Effectively manage stock levels and process deliveries.
* Delegate tasks efficiently as a strong communicator.
* Maintain self-motivation and multitask during quieter periods.
* Collaborate with management on operational and ad hoc tasks.
Key Requirements
* Prior experience in a leadership role or similar position in retail is preferred.
