Counter Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Counter Team Leader to join our amazing Sandy Bay team on a full-time basis
If you have experience leading a counter / customer service department, strong people skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
What you'll bring:
* Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills that inspire and engage your team
* Strong stock management experience, with skills in planning, merchandising, and a sharp eye for detail
* Energy, initiative and a positive mindset, with a genuine love of working with food and people (both customers and team members)
* Flexibility to work full-time on a rotating roster across our trading hours, including some early and late shifts, plus alternate weekends
* In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, WH&S and Food Safety compliance
* Physical fitness for lifting and standing throughout your shift

Pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award. The base hourly pay rates for level 4 team leader adults are:
Full time & part time
* Weekdays $28.12
* Saturday $35.15
* Sunday $42.18
* Public Holidays $63.27
Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts. Please view the full Award for all applicable rates and allowances.
