Your Role
Reporting to Senior Leadership, you will be a seasoned Architectural Drafter and be responsible for influencing a positive, dynamic culture and primarily:
* Analyse designs and prepare preliminary sketches from detailed instructions
* Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Construction and liaise with relevant departments such as Councils, Engineering Consultants
* Prepare and manage planning and encumbrance applications
* Ensure compliance with council and regulatory requirements.
* Develop detailed architectural documentation using AutoCAD
* Liaise with client and other stakeholders
* Oversee engineering documents, energy assessments, and utility applications to support successful project approvals and delivery
Other Details
The position is an onsite, full-time position and offers a sound career path. Remuneration guide is $85K - $90K + Super.
About You
* An experienced Architectural Draftsperson
* Confident in using and training on AutoCAD, MS365 and other relevant systems
* Experience with Volume Builders
* Have excellent accuracy, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Can problem solving and visualise ideas in three dimensional form
* Are professional, have patience and good communication
