In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to the Victorian sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional experience for customers and internal stakeholders. What you'll do:
* Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Victorian sales team
* Respond to customer calls and emails, ensuring a positive and professional experience
* Record sales figures and maintain accurate CRM and customer records
* Set up new customers and keep all client information up to date
* Collaborate with accounts, management, consultants and operations teams to ensure seamless operations
* Assist with process improvements and perform general administrative tasks
* Offer reception cover and support basic recruitment activities
What you'll need
* Previous experience of one to two years in administration, customer service, or office-based roles
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Energetic, motivated, and collaborative with a positive attitude
* Strong eye for detail and accuracy
* Confident performing reception and front-of-office tasks
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office at an intermediate level
