GetCareers is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake a Carpentry Apprenticeship with an established and reputable local business in the Bunbury and Greater Bunbury region. This is a full-time opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification – Certificate III in Carpentry.
About the Role
As a Carpentry Apprentice, you will:
* Assist qualified carpenters with a variety of carpentry tasks
* Learn how to measure, cut, and assemble timber and building materials
* Help with framing, formwork, fixing, and general construction duties
* Learn to read and interpret plans and drawings
* Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
* Gain practical, on-site experience across residential and/or commercial projects
What We're Looking For
* Holds a current Driver's Licence (P-plates acceptable)
* A high desire to learn and build a career in carpentry
* Physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing an apprenticeship
* Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Eligibility Criteria
* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Must reside in the Bunbury or Greater Bunbury area due to job location
* Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
