You are a self-driven individual with a "get it done" attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems.Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectationsLead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end statesLead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end statesManage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementationProvide technical leadership and oversight for Data Cloud and Salesforce platform design and development, ensuring Data Cloud solutions align to best practice design principles.What You'll Bring To SlalomExpert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Experience, Data, and Marketing Clouds.Expert knowledge of Agentforce, with experience building Service Agents, Support Agents and Einstein configuration.Experience with processing complex data sets, including data strategy and design of identity unification, segmentation and activation.Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologiesExperience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)Experience with design and configuration of platform automation configuring Flows.
