We're looking for a commercially minded and people-focused Regional Operations Manager – Home Care to lead and elevate operations across your region.
What you'll be doing
* Lead day-to-day Home Care operations across the region
* Drive revenue growth, customer attraction and conversion
* Manage financial performance including P&L and cost control
* Partner with Marketing to build brand awareness and pipeline
* Lead, coach and develop a team of leaders and care professionals
* Ensure workforce planning meets customer demand and utilisation targets
* Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality frameworks
* Build strong stakeholder relationships across teams, community and health networks
* Identify and manage operational and safety risks
What you'll bring
* Proven leadership experience in a service, healthcare or operations environment
* Strong commercial acumen with budget and financial management experience
* Ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams (100+ indirect reports)
* Experience driving performance, growth and operational excellence
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Understanding of compliance, quality and regulatory frameworks
* Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability
* Passion for improving outcomes for older Australians
