* Salary: $88,255 - $102,240 p.a. – plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – AHP2 (Multiple Positions)

About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our team within the Forensic Mental Health Service.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients with complex mental health needs within a forensic setting. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing personalised treatment plans, facilitating meaningful activities and promoting independent living skills. By working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will have the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of those you serve.

You will work collaboratively with other Occupational Therapists within a multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based assessments, interventions and promoting recovery-oriented practices. There will be scope to explore and master discipline-specific assessments including NDIS assessments, interventions such as sensory approaches and coordinating and facilitating a group program.

You will be joining a friendly multidisciplinary team and have an opportunity to learn from other disciplines. Regular structured discipline specific supervision will be provided and there will be opportunity to participate in regular in-services, including discipline specific professional development.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
