About the Role
As the Network Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing and supporting our dealer network while helping to deliver local marketing activity. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners (including real estate agencies and shopping centres) to ensure new and existing dealerships operate in line with our brand standards and national marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in identifying potential markets and locations for new dealerships in line with the company's network expansion strategy.
* Support the onboarding and set‐up of new dealerships and pop‐up locations (e.g. shopping centres), ensuring compliance with operational and brand standards.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth dealer activation and launch readiness.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to dealer network development.
* Work closely with the OEM dealer network and marketing teams to align with national brand strategies and campaigns.
* Assist with partnerships involving shopping centres, public venues, and pop‐up/experiential activations.
* Support the planning and execution of showroom events, test drive activities, promotions, and other in‐store or outdoor marketing initiatives.
About You
* 1‐2 years' experience in a dealer network, channel management or similar role.
* Previous experience in the automotive industry.
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across internal teams and external vendors.
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and documentation.
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, growth environment and supporting multiple projects at once.
