We're seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Operations to join a leading real estate business on Brisbane's northside. This pivotal leadership role oversees key operational functions across two offices and provides direct guidance to administration and support teams.
About the Role
As Head of Operations, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
You'll lead a team of eight, providing coaching, structure, and direction to drive performance and deliver exceptional service standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced real estate environment and enjoys implementing improvements that enhance productivity and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily operations across multiple functions
* Coach and develop a high‑performing administration team
* Ensure service levels and quality benchmarks are consistently met
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Provide regular performance reporting to directors
* Support agents and team members with reliable operational services
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Real Estate operations, Property Management, or similar
* Proven leadership skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
* Strong time management and ability to work autonomously
* Confidence in developing teams within a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent relationship‑building skills across all levels
* Ability to drive continual improvement in systems and workflows
* Full Australian working rights and a current driver's license
