You do not need to have any previous experience, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Junior Customer Support Representative on a temporary basis for 3-6 months, with the potential for extension. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive customer experience.**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries via answering inbound phone calls (averaging between 40-50 calls daily)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our range of home appliances
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
